Briggs & Veselka Co. was ranked 3rd in the 101 to 500 Employees category at the HBJ Best Places to Work Awards Ceremony. This is the second year in a row Briggs & Veselka Co. has been named as one of Houston’s Best Places to Work.
How the contest works: Companies must first fill out an online form with information about themselves. Then, employees must fill out a survey in order to eligible to become a winner. The survey includes questions about manager effectiveness, retention risk, team effectiveness, trust in leaders and people practices, as well as numerous other questions. Companies are scored on the answers given by the employees.
