Andy Kuntz is highly sought after to perform due diligence for clients involved in mergers and acquisitions.
A professional who possesses excellent auditing skills, Andy started performing due diligence as a result of a need of some of his clients. The result is often a reduced purchase price or risk identification, earning Andy a key role in his clients’ approach to doing business.
Business owners run many decisions by him, from the selection of an insurance carrier to advice on a large acquisition. Andy is committed to being honest. “I tell my clients what I know and what I don’t know; if I can’t add value to a situation, I tell them that as well,” he says.
With more than 18 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Andy’s audit experience includes both external and internal audit. He has also provided controller and CFO services and cash flow modeling. After his involvement with an initial business transaction, he maintains continuity by also providing the continued audit services.
Andy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). He is also the Treasurer of a local private school where he is relied on heavily by the Board to assist with their strategic initiatives and overall financial planning.
He earned a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Dayton, having graduated with honors from both programs. Andy lives with his wife of 15 years and their three children. He has successfully turned his 11 year old son into a golf addict and hopes to do the same with his five-year-old twin daughters.

I thrive on working with different clients on many different projects. I would say that my diversity offers the most value to the clients I serve.
