Sheila Enriquez, CPA, JD, CFF offers a powerful blend of financial expertise and legal perspective to her publicly traded and privately held company clients.
Sheila is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an attorney with over 16 years of experience in delivering high-level assurance and consulting services. She also carries the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential. Her vast expertise includes audit services, agreed-upon procedures, forensic accounting, valuation and litigation support, and mergers and acquisitions due diligence. She also has extensive experience in analyzing complex business transactions related to accounting, economic and financial issues.
Sheila has served as a consulting and testifying expert witness in various cases involving claims such as breach of contract, fraud, fraudulent transfer, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, shareholder oppression, and employment cases. In her capacity as an expert, she has performed forensic investigations, valuations, asset tracing, and economic damages/lost profits calculations, and provided expert testimony in court and in depositions.

Sheila earned a B.S. in Public Accounting, summa cum laude, from Mercy College, completed her M.B.A. at Long Island University, with Distinction, and earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. Sheila is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. She is also a member of the American Association of Attorney-CPAs (AAA-CPA) and the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA), where she serves on the State Board of Directors and is a member of the Houston Chapter’s Executive Committee as Treasurer-Elect.
