• Responsibilities include consulting and tax planning for closely held businesses, along with technical review of tax projects.

• Oversees the hiring and mentoring of Tax staff and is the primary person responsible for the firm's merger/acquisition and succession planning engagements.

• Has extensive experience in public accounting and has spoken at seminars for the Texas Society of CPAs, the Independent Electrical Contractors Association, the Galleria Chamber of Commerce and the Entrepreneurship Institute. In addition, he has been a speaker at several outplacement seminars for executives of some of the largest companies in the Houston area.

• Has been a Junior Achievement classroom instructor for 10 years.
