AICPA - American Institute of Certified Public Accountants

We have been a member of the Center for Public Company Audit Firms of the American Institute of CPAs since 1986. Each member is required to subject its accounting and audit practice to a comprehensive quality review every three years. This program is dedicated to ensuring that participating firms have quality control systems in place over their accounting and auditing practices. It also includes a review of our financial institutions, not-for-profit and government client bases that have single audit requirements. B&V has undergone seven peer reviews by the AICPA, receiving the highest rated opinions on each one. We believe this reflects our commitment to perform quality work.

NACVA

The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts supports the users of business and intangible asset valuation services and financial forensic services, including damages determinations of all kinds, fraud detection and prevention. The NACVA supports NACVA users by training and certifying financial professionals in these disciplines (over 15,000 trained). We further support our members by providing them collateral support such as continuing professional education, an association magazine for professional development, research services, and software and databases to help them more effectively and efficiently provide these services. Members of this Association must comply with standards and guidelines in the provision of their services, and they must periodically recertify to maintain credentialed status.
