Jeff Eckert joins Pathway as the Director of the firm’s Cyber Security practice.
Eckert brings more than 15 years’ experience providing insider threat, digital forensic, and cyber investigative operations to a wide range of industries.
Eckert has worked with global firms assisting companies in managing their cyber-crime, digital forensic, and litigation engagements.
Rick Garcia joins the team as the Director of the firm’s Digital Forensics practice.
Garcia, a former Pathway Forensics Manager, brings more than 19 years’ experience involving cases for business and employment disputes, compliance with discovery requests in litigation and government investigations including SEC matters, investigations of intellectual property theft, fraud, harassment, and family law matters.
Halen Phan joins Pathway as the e-Discovery and Forensics Manager.
Phan has over 12 years’ of experience from a Big 4 firm providing expert forensic technology services to General Counsel and legal teams, CIOs, CISOs, and corporate IT teams that cover HR investigations, intellectual property theft, data mining, and eDiscovery services.
